Terms of service

These terms apply to the information-society service CVTurg (cvturg.ee), provided by RevoTech OÜ (registry code 17332344), Pärnu maakond, Pärnu linn, Ahaste küla, Ahaste tee 4.

CVTurg displays job listings and enables messaging between job seekers and employers in Estonia. We are not the employer, not a party to employment, and we do not act as a private employment intermediary placing workers for a fee on the seeker’s behalf under Estonian labour-market service rules.

Employers are responsible for listing content and hiring decisions. We review listings before publication (to reduce unlawful or misleading content), but that is not a guarantee of accuracy.

Accounts may be created by people aged 16 or over. You are responsible for credentials and activity on your account.

Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms for that flow; we process only what Google sends with your consent.

By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy (/legal/privacy).

By using CVTurg you agree that you will:

• give truthful information about yourself and (as an employer) your company;
• not apply on behalf of another person;
• not scrape, bulk-harvest or overload the service;
• as an employer, publish only genuine vacancies, treat candidates lawfully (including equal treatment) and process candidate data as an independent controller;
• not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory content or content that infringes others’ rights.

Employers grant us a non-exclusive right to display listings and company materials. Job-seeker content is used to provide the service under the privacy policy.

Platform software, design and brands belong to us or our licensors.

To report illegal content (EU Digital Services Act), email tere@cvturg.ee. We will review notices and may remove content or suspend accounts.

AI is assistance. Final decisions are made by people. AI answers and other output can be wrong. Details: /legal/ai.

Posting and applying are currently free. If that changes we will say so in advance; nothing becomes chargeable retroactively. Mandatory consumer rights remain.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach, risk to the service, or legal requirement.

The service is provided as is, with reasonable care. We are not liable for employment outcomes, employer promises, or third-party (including employer) conduct.

Our liability is limited to the extent Estonian law allows. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived are not limited.

Estonian law applies. Disputes are heard by Harju County Court unless mandatory law says otherwise.
