How we use AI
Last updated 15 August 2026
Transparency
AI in the service is assistance. Final decisions, including hiring, are made by people (GDPR Art. 22).
Accuracy
AI answers, scores and drafts can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not legal advice and not a guarantee. Check the sources and decide yourself.
Where we use AI
In five places. Each point says who it mainly matters for:
- For job seekersReading a CV into a draft profile: you check and confirm before save.
- For job seekersCandidate match score: your CV is compared to the listing; visible to you and the employer (see below).
- For employersListing writing assistant and screening-question draft: the employer edits and approves.
- For job seekersRecommendation order: listings ordered by how similar they are to your profile.
- For employersEmployment-law Q&A for employers: reads only published legislation, never a candidate's data; no support means no answer.
Candidate scoring
When you apply, your structured profile is compared to the listing requirements. Result: a 0-100 score and a short reason, visible to the employer and to you.
The score only affects reading order. Nothing is auto-rejected; no final decision without a person.
The model is instructed not to use name, age, gender, nationality, photo or address.
Processing runs on your consent; without consent no AI score is computed.
What we do not do
We do not infer job-seeking intent from behaviour: only you set availability.
We do not use your data to train models, and we do not permit providers to under our terms of use.
We do not use AI for final moderation decisions: a person reviews listings.
We do not use prohibited AI practices (e.g. social scoring or manipulative behavioural steering).
